LaVonndra (Spears) Johnson is an entrepreneur of more than 20 years with professional experience as a brand manager & strategist, magazine publisher, and event curator.  With televised features and segments on BET, BravoTV, Essence and countless other media, she has lead fashion campaigns, and even spearheaded the personal branding for a few reality tv stars.

Current day her passion is fueled by curating brand identities for church organizations and event activations.  Her giveback is putting her skill set to use for those who impact the lives of others, and here at JCP, we'd be honored to do that for you.
